    Mr. Weinberg graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1971, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Babson College with the Highest Distinction for concentrations in both corporate finance and investments and accounting. Prior to his graduation, he also worked as a part-time management consultant.

    In 1971 Mr. Weinberg joined Price Waterhouse & Co., CPAs, a national accounting firm, and he obtained his CPA license in the State of Rhode Island in 1973. He has been a member of both the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1973.  In 1974, Mr. Weinberg started his firm Carl Weinberg & Co.

    Mr.Weinberg has served as a business manager and consultant for various clients in the entertainment business and professional athletes, along with other high net worth individuals. In addition to his other responsibilities, Mr.Weinberg is a highly experienced consultant on business and financial matters pertaining to his clients. He consults with business owners on topics of strategic tax planning, financing and raising capital, buying selling and liquidating businesses, forecasting new business ventures, negotiating contracts, financial planning, investment management and succession planning. Mr. Weinberg is also very knowledgeable on how to begin a business and conduct a business in China. He works with the firm’s Hong Kong office in coordinating various projects in China for our U.S. clients. Mr. Weinberg has served as a member of the Board of Delegates of Meeting Street School, a director of the Bank of Boston Export School, the treasurer of Ledgemont Country Club, and has served as treasurer for mayoral and gubernatorial candidates. Mr. Weinberg resides in Cranston, Rhode Island with his wife Lisa and his two youngest sons.
